This project involved surveying trees within the property and on adjacent land, several of which were protected by a Tree Preservation Order. The proposed development included demolishing the existing dwelling and re-building a larger dwelling, extended to the rear. A new driveway was also proposed adjacent to a protected tree. One low quality tree required removal, and the protected trees were successfully retained. An Arboricultural Method Statement was produced to ensure that the rooting area of all protected trees were adequately protected during the construction phase.
