Project involved surveying all trees both within the site and the surrounding area. The proposed development site contained several low-quality self-seeded saplings, but surrounding the site were several good quality trees, which required protection during the construction phase. An Arboricultural Impact Assessment was produced showing tree removal and tree protection measures for the retained trees.
