Project involved surveying trees within the property, which were protected by a Tree Preservation Order. The proposed development included a side extension to the existing dwelling, and a widened driveway to the new garage. Several trees were recommended for removal due to their poor condition, and recommendations were made for replacement planting. Specialist advice was given to ensure that excavations within the rooting area of the protected trees did not result in any long-term harm to adjacent trees. An Arboricultural Impact Assessment was produced showing tree removal and tree protection measures for the retained trees.
