This project involved renovations to the existing dwelling, including a side extension and modified driveway. The property is situated within a Conservation Area and thus the proposed works had to consider the impact on surrounding trees, and ensure that they were adequately protected during construction. An Arboricultural Survey and an Arboricultural Impact Assessment was undertaken to highlight what tree protection measures were required. A Tree Protection Plan was produced to submit with the planning application.
